Role with the issuerYou are a director, executive officer or general partner of the issuer, the company offering the investment.
Investing through an entityA trust, LLC, family office or similar entity with more than $5,000,000 in assets that was not formed to make this investment, or an entity in which all equity owners are accredited.
Knowledgeable employee or family clientYou are a “knowledgeable employee” of a private investment company, or a family client of a qualifying family office.
